Included in Aspire Health is our health plan, part of the Montage Health family of services. It administers health plans for local employers and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula’s employee health plan. Aspire also offers Medicare Advantage plans.

Population Health
In addition, Aspire offers programs and services to promote wellness, improve care, and help lower healthcare costs for everyone in Monterey County.
We help people find solutions to overcome barriers to good health — financial, emotional behavioral, and clinical — so they can be more active, more independent, and more in control of their health.
We also help communities in our county address major health issues. We have a diabetes epidemic, and using coaching, care management, and education, we are leading the effort to combat this disease.
